For accepted abstracts, updates in the pdf file will be permitted until 12 April 2022. Authors must login to their EasyChair account and access their abstract to perform the intended changes.

Abstract Templates

Please follow the page setup and font formatting already set in each template. The extended abstract must not exceed 2 pages (4 pages for Invited Speakers). File download may depend on the used browser, as well as having a pop-up/ad blocker turned on. If clicking the images does not start the download, use the mouse’s right button and choose “save link as…”.

Attention:
• Only Invited and Oral presentations will be accepted.
• Only one abstract per registered participant will be accepted. If multiple abstracts are presented by the same author, another author from those abstracts must also register, even if they do not participate in the Conference.
• Only abstracts with complete and paid registrations until 12 April 2022 will be included in the final programme.
• The submitted abstract document will be made public in the Conference Book (pdf format) that will be delivered to registered participants, institutional partners and sponsors.
• The Conference’s official language is English.
